Important information for our valued customers:
● We deal in home decor articles, local and imported all original and brand new to shop easily, from home! We source these items from different places. Items once sold can be procured upon customer request but at times may not be available in the exact design or colour.
●We provide best prices in the market for our items which we know are carefully selected and crafted. Please do not ask for discounts. Our quoted prices are final.
●Our minimum delivery charges are Rs 250. In case of more items and heavier shipments, delivery charges will be based on the size of the shipment and the destination city.
●All our pictures are of the actual products taken under ordinary lightning of the room or outdoors, mostly taken through a cell phone, so there lies no discrepancy in the actual product and what is being shown. Slight variation in the shade of the colour may occur due to differences in the results of the different screens, monitors, cellphones etc
●Size and material details are mentioned with the pictures on our page to avoid any sort of discrepancy. So please go through it before placing your order. Kindly avoid unintelligible argument later by saying that the article appeared bigger or smaller in the picture then actual. When complete dimensions are mentioned with each and every product then there remains no place for such discussions later.

● Delivery charges apply on all items within Karachi and to other cities. Outside Karachi delivery charges are charged per kg (by volume). We provide COD all over Pakistan.
● Stock sells fast! So it’s best to order as soon you find something you adore!
● All items are carefully checked when being shipped especially fragile items. Most of our items are fragile and utmost care is exercised while packing and handling. To avoid damage all fragile items are packed in bubble wrapping sheet and thick thermopore sheets. These items are shipped off to our valued customers using courier services which do not take any responsibility in case of breakage (slight risk of damage is always there depending on the handling of courier services).
●We have NO REFUND
NO EXCHANGE
NO DAMAGE CLAIM policy.
●Although rare (as can be seen by the reviews) but a few cases of minor damage has been reported by the clients. We do not have any refund or exchange policy, BUT we try to facilitate the clients as much as possible within our means. For instance if a border of a frame has been slightly cracked or chipped, we try to get that part recreated by the craftsmen (if it could be) and deliver it. But the client has to bear the courier charges.
● Delivery time in Karachi is 2-3 days, and delivery to all other cities is 10 to 12 days. Mostly orders are delivered within 7 days but to be on the safe side, a time frame of 10 days is mentioned to the client. Delays are however possible due to unforeseen circumstances or shortage of stock, and sometimes may take up to 2 weeks for intercity orders. Please communicate to us how urgent your order is and we can work on its dispatch accordingly.
●After confirmation of your order and after sending us your details, please don’t refuse it as we have to pay the delivery charges to the courier service not to mention the packing charges that are hefty.
●No excuses will be accepted for instance clients making up excuses like we are out of town/country etc the very next day after placing order and the order has been dispatched from Karachi. Please be courteous enough to collect your order once it reaches your doorstep. If we get any courier returned back we will upload picture of it with full details on our page.
● In case of your refusal after confirmation of order, and once it has been dispatched from Karachi, kindly pay the delivery charges.We are providing you best quality and imported items in very reasonable prices so please cooperate with us.
●Orders for other cities (besides Karachi) above Rs 5000 will be delivered after 50% advance payment.
Payment can be made through easy paisa or bank transfer.
●Customized orders will be processed after 50% advance payment.
●In case of order confirmation and later cancellation, you’ll be charged 15% in case you have made advance payments and rest will be refunded within 3 to 4 working days.
